Job Description

Unilingual Enhanced administrative assistant required for three month government contract.

  1. Must clearly demonstrate minimum of one year experience in Excel, Powerpoint and other Microsoft products.
  2. Must clearly demonstrate minimum of one year experience in financial administration (contracts, estimates, invoices).
  3. Must clearly demonstrate minimum of one year experience in data entry and quality control in the data sheet.
  4. Experience in ADMIS, HRG, ClaimsX and DRIMS an asset.
  5. Interest / experience in marketing and advertising an asset.

DUTIES OF THE RESOURCE:

  • Managing contractual estimates and invoices, sorting and managing the workflow to payments. Entering the information in various systems, as required.
  • Preparing reports and replies to requests for information
  • Planning, administering and tracking projects
  • Inputting and updating changes to meeting and appointment schedules
  • Booking and managing travel expenses
  • Capturing information using an electronic tracking system
  • Finding, sorting, tagging and saving images in a digital asset management system

Education:

Successful completion of courses in administration (business, office, public, etc.), financial management, business or a related field from a recognized post-secondary institution, or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience is required.

Asset Qualifications:

  • Experience in ADMIS, HRG, ClaimsX and DRIMS an asset.
