Job Description

Our government client requires a fluently  bilingual Intermediate Executive Assistant with valid Enhanced Security clearance for position starting ASAP until May 31st 2019.

The successful applicant will clearly demonstrate two to three years experience using MS Office products to create and/or edit documents in Word, /Excel & Powerpoint.

  1. Must clearly demonstrate three (2) years of experience using MS Office products to create and/or edit documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

DUTIES OF THE RESOURCE:

  • Answer telephone
  • Help with Director’s emails and calendar
  • Support for travel claims
  • Support for invoices & contracts
  • Update different lists when required
  • Scan and save documents (GCDocs)
  • Book conference calls for the whole team
  • Distribute and reconcile taxi chits
  • Keep printers area clean
  • Order paper, toner and make service calls for the printers when required
  • Create and update documents
  • Maintain the conference room bookings calendar
  • Organize filing cabinets
  • Pick up the mail and bring documents to the controller’s office daily
  • Support the AS-02, when required

Two references will be required and must be recent within 6 months to one year.
